To celebrating Women’s Day, the Company organized the women personnel to have a 3-day tour in Guizhou.

On March 7, the women personnel visited “Forest City” Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou called as “Park Province”; they had visited the symbol of the city on the mother river of Guiyang-Jiaxiu Tower, and Qianling Park that is full of beautiful mountains and waters. On the afternoon, the tourists communicated with some delegates from Guiyang Branch of the Company. On March 8, they visited the largest waterfall in China and even in Asia, Huangguoshu Waterfall; they had in person experienced the grandness, uniqueness and beauty the waterfall. On the tour to the waterfall, they had visited Tianxing Bridge Scenic Spot, Huangguoshu Waterfall Cluster and the highland terraces. In addition, they had visited the mysterious and plain Tianlong Dunbao Ancient Town, watched the local operas with 1,000-years’ history and experienced the Guizhou-featured traditional folk customs.

As one scholar in the Qing Dynasty called as Qian Yong says in his works Lü Yuan Cong Hua “read massively and travel broadly to be well-cultured”, the women personnel of the Company expanded their vision and got more knowledge in this tour. This activity indicated the Company’s care to the staff, especially women and symbolized the philosophy of the Company of “human-based” . With this activity, the agglomeration of the Company had been promoted and at the same time the communication and good relationship between these women personnel and the people of Guizhou Branch had been further strengthened.

To respond to this great present, the women personnel of the Company expressed that they would not let the leaders of the Company down and in addition to finishing their own work they would like to keep pace with times and promote them all the time. In addition, they determined to bring all their advantages into full play in the future work and struggle to be professional women personnel that met the requirements of the knowledge-based economy times and contribute active to the development of the Company.
